Jana VanderZwaag, Board Chair
Jana and her husband Wieger have five children who attend Oak Hill. She holds a B.A. in History and a B.Ed., and taught high school History, English and French before homeschooling their own children for 10 years. The discovery of Classical Education and Oak Hill led to the gradual transition from pouring time and energy into their children’s education at home, to transferring those resources over to OHA. When not occupied with the fun and busyness of family life, Jana loves to read and is passionate about the Christian life, church and school – especially, building healthy and Christlike communities that are marked by integrity and delight in the beauty of God’s good design.
